During this time of the year – joyous for many, difficult for some, emotional for everyone – it is important to remember the slogan “Easy Does It”! No matter how busy you are – take some time off to breathe, meditate, or read a page or two in your favourite Al-Anon book.

So, as 2016 comes to a close, we wish you all the best – and remember:
